Unbelievable Barn Find! KK1201 was originally painted Silver Jade and was eventually sold through Ford's famous resale lot. It changed hands over the years with its incredible significance going unnoticed by the previous owners. It was repainted Wimbledon White and had drag wheels and tires added at some point. Nearly lost forever, it has been rescued and is being restored back to its original glory!
Serial number KK1201 is the holy grail of the Boss 429s. It is the very first 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 429 ever assembled! It is also the very first 4 speed, shaker hood car ever produced!
Kar Kraft's main purpose for KK1201 was wheel and tire fitment and testing. Its original fenders and quarter panels are still rolled for the 15x7 wheels, and it also still has the original block and transmission, plus the shaker assembly and prototype hood.

At this point, Chevy’s 1970 LS6 Chevelle requires no introduction: with its rectangle-port heads and 2.19/1.88-inch valves, high-lift cam, forged crank and rods, 780-cfm Holley carb, and more, Chevy rated its 454-cube LS6 at an audacious 450 horsepower. Just 4,475 LS6-equipped A-bodies were made for 1970, and they remain the stuff of legend—arguably the pinnacle of the muscle car movement.
It was a well-optioned beast from new. Any LS6 Chevelle required the $503 SS 454 option as well as the $263 LS6 package. Beyond the striking color combination and the TH400 transmission, it had the Cowl Induction hood, a 3.31:1 axle ratio with Posi-traction, power steering, tilt wheel, bucket seats with console, tinted glass, power top, and more, bringing it to nearly a $5,000 MSRP. That’s base Corvette coupe money, for a Chevelle—albeit a Chevelle with an engine that even the Corvette didn’t get that year, and which let the atmosphere hammer your hairline at speed.

The 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 LS6 was a true titan of the muscle car era and arguably the high-water mark of GM’s performance legacy. It wasn’t just a car—it was Chevrolet’s declaration that it could build the baddest street machine of the era. This was the highest-powered Chevelle in model history and the only Chevy that had a higher horsepower rating than the Corvette in 1970, the LS6 454 was also one of the best-looking muscle cars of the era!
This 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 LS6 is decked out in a stunning Cranberry Red paint with white racing stripes with a stunning red interior. Lurking under the cowl induction hood is the famed LS6 engine churning out 450 hp and 500 lb. ft or torque. The car was designed to look fast standing still! With the SS and 454 emblems that adorn the car, making certain competitors knew what they were up against.

ACME is thrilled to present pics of the final tooling sample of our 1:18 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Nomad! We are expecting the first decorated sample in the next 3 - 4 weeks and production will begin after that sample is approved. If all goes well, we hope to have production completed and shipped to us sometime in 2026
When Chevy’s line of cars was redesigned in 1955, they added two new editions: the upscale Bel Air model and the Bel Air Nomad, a 2-door sport wagon. The latter was based in part on a 1954 Corvette show car that had many of the styling cues that made it into the production Nomad which caused a lot of buzz! From the cowl forward, the wagon was all Bel Air. But from the windshield back, it had its own body that shared no sheet metal with other Chevy station wagons. Only 8,386 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air Nomads were produced.
The Chevrolet Nomad could carry up to 6 people, or make some muscle car noises. Priced at $2,571 in 1955, the Nomad came with a 265 cubic-inch V8 as standard equipment. The top-of-the-line engine in 1955 for the Nomad was a Chevy small block with a four-barrel carb and dual exhausts. This setup was good for a maximum of 180 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque.
Note: There may be some minor changes that may occur before final production.

Route 66 is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, and we are going to celebrate this historic event with a series of models one would find traveling America's Main Street through its storied history. The series will include muscle cars, trucks, classic cruisers, maybe some same famous movie cars and so much more!
Each release will come in its own specific Route 66 themed packaging. From the diners and gas stations of the era to the desert roads and standing on a corner in Winslow, AZ, we are going to have a blast creating this series!
So, check out this beautiful, period-correct 1972 Chevrolet Blazer K/5 that the family would have used Route 66 for an annual camping trip or summer vacation to see relatives or maybe your everyday working man jumped in his Blazer and headed down the route to the next stop on a work trip. Whatever the use, the Chevrolet Blazer was the best utility vehicle of its time, and we can see it pulling into a Route 66 diner for a burger and soda.
