Jenkins 1972 Vega Pro Stock as ran in the 1973 NHRA racing season. This car was
the 1st Red car since his 1966 Nova, breaking a long line of "White"
Grumpy's Toy cars. These will have a lift off hood to the small block motor detailed with headers, spark plug wires, and 2 dominators on a tunnel ram intake. It has opening doors to the interior with race seats, roll bar, and tach on the dash. It also has an opening liftgate to see the tubs, the chassis is black, with a silver fuel tank, gray driveshaft, a pair of black traction bars on the leaf springs, and Firestone slicks. This was the 1st Jenkins car in Red with "Grumpy's Toy" on it - since the 1966 Nova in Red.It also comes in "Supercar Raceway" drag theme packaging. |
