Racers" and it was actually designed to help get the kids off the
streets, away from drugs, and crime. Working with local officials and the police, Brotherhood
Raceway Park was opened on LA's harbors Terminal Island. People had a place
to go, and the rest is history. Many stories have been told of this man,
